CAMP DIRECTOR:
Matt Ogelsby- 3 time Duke University All American, ACC Player of the Year, and professional indoor and outdoor lacrosse player. Matt was born and raised in Bryn Mawr, PA and has made his home in San Francisco since 1999. Having run lacrosse camps successfully since 1997, he has made it his life's work to pass on his knowledge and infectious enthusiasm for the game of lacrosse to young players in the west, primarily in the Bay area.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

This camp is for intermediate and advanced level players and is designed to further enhance their stick skills and foundation of lacrosse concepts. The day’s first session begins with drills that help develop individual techniques: passing from strong and weak sides, switching hands, dodging, defense, and ground balls. The second session concentrates on team play and ends with competitions in the full field set. All West Lacrosse encourages respect for the game, a positive attitude, superior work ethic, teamwork, sportsmanship, and going hard, both on the field and in the classroom. Relationships developed with peers at the All West Open last a lifetime!
