Coach of the Year – Won 3 Mid Penn Lacrosse League Titles – Previous Head Coach of Sonoma State
Doug Carl won 3 Mid Penn Lacrosse League titles during his time at Ursinus College. Since college, he has been named the Coach of the Year for 3 different conferences; the Mid Penn Conference, the Western Collegiate Lacrosse Conference, and the United States Lacrosse Intercollegiate Associate.
From 2001-2007, Doug was the head coach at Sonoma State, where he coached the Seawolves to 7 consecutive WCLL north division titles, 3 WCLL titles, and 1 USLIA (now MCLA) national title. Doug loves coaching for All West because of the staff’s personalities and commitment to the players no matter their level of skill. When he is not coaching, Doug enjoys playing with his kids or having a sushi date with his wife. He is currently the VP of eligibility for the MCLA.
