Jay began his career playing for lacrosse titans John Burke and Sherman Horner in the lax hotbed of Richmond, VA. He had the distinct privilege of playing at Duke University with some of the greatest men he has ever known from 2004-2009. While at Duke, Jay had the unique experience of going to four Final Four appearances and two national championship births, as well as winning three consecutive ACC championships. His class stands as the all-time winningest lacrosse class in D-1 history (career record of 73-14).
Jay loves working for All West because it provides an opportunity to spread his extensive knowledge of a game he loves to an enthusiastic community of future lacrosse stars.
